​The body is made up of 7 energy wheels known as the chakra system. Learn about yoga movement, essential oils, crystals, mantras, mudras, blockages, and so much more associated with each chakra. We will end each class with a yoga nidra experiencing the alpha and theta brain waves in a relaxed state of being.

The Enneagram is an ancient sacred tool for self-discovery and spiritual growth in today’s world. While it is a personality assessment tool designed to help you identify with one of nine different types, the Enneagram is so much more! It can help us let go of our False Self and begin the journey inward to be in touch with our True Self, our inner Essence. Beneficial in accepting, understanding, & loving yourself and others more, the Enneagram has been known to be a bridge between psychology and spirituality.

In Part One, participants are asked to complete an inventory prior to coming to class which will help them to begin their journey of self-discovery. We begin to explore what the Enneagram is, why it is important, how it can be beneficial in our lives, and how to embrace its spiritual connection.
​In Part Two, participants delve a bit deeper and more detailed into the Enneagram, covering topics, such as; childhood messages, time orientation, compulsive vs. redemptive behaviors, and contemplative prayer postures & intentions.

Hosted by Lotus Care KC Yoga Therapy & Wellness Studio and led by Enneagram Educator, Lori Hall, M.S.

It provides stability to the beginner for teaching alignment, supports connective tissue health with gentle traction & gravity, and opens the seasoned practitioner to familiar poses with a new perspective and a deeper sense of awareness. Connective tissue health plays a vital role in healthy aging, posture and pain-free movement. The fascia is also integral in our immune and inflammatory responses. Private & semi-private yoga therapy sessions are provided with personal attention to support joint & spinal health. Come hang with us!
