LEVEL ONE: Great Yoga Wall Foundations

This level prepares you to teach private sessions and group classes on the Great Yoga Wall.

You will learn:
•History & Philosophy
•Advanced Anatomy
•Equipment & Safety
•Postures
•Modifications & Contraindications
•Class Sequencing

LEVEL TWO: Advanced Therapeutics Certification - 100 hours in total

​Course Completion Requirements for Certification:
  • 80 hours of in-person training.
  • 8 hours of class observations: 2 one-hour observations to be completed after each in-person training module.
  • 12 hours of practicum, to be completed after in-person training.​

Modules are best offered individually for learning & integration. They can be offered in two 6-day trainings of 50 hours each:
  • Upper Body Therapeutics: Neck, Spine & Shoulders
  • Lower Body Therapeutics: Hips, Pelvis, Knees & Ankles

  • Subtle Anatomy of Yin: Qi/Chi, Meridian Theory, Prana & Nadis
  • The Yin Postures & Archetypes
  • Sequencing & Modifications
  • Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness
  • Integration & Practice Teaching

PRE-REQUISITES:
• 200-hour RYT or currently attending
​• 6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.
