CTB In-Person Training Cancellation Policy (Kansas City)
Because Kansas City trainings require advance travel, lodging, and venue commitments, the following cancellation policy is necessary to ensure the training can be delivered responsibly.
Please review carefully before registering.
If the Training is Canceled by Us:
If the training is canceled by the trainer or host, you will receive a 100% refund of all tuition paid.
If You Need to Cancel:
• More than 14 days before the training start date
You will receive a full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee to cover processing and setup costs.
• Within 14 days of the training start date
Tuition is non-refundable, as airfare, lodging, and other travel-related expenses have already been incurred.
Administrative Fee:
The $30 administrative fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Registration Transfers:
If your plans change, you may request to transfer your registration to a future equivalent CTB training, if space is available. Transfer requests must be made before the training begins and are subject to availability.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
Kansas City trainings require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum enrollment is not met, the training may be canceled or rescheduled, and all registered participants will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
