​This February as the temperature warms, you might notice life
picking up, maybe negotiations with others seems to settle more quickly, maybe you feel more enthusiastic about where your life is heading. What’s happening?

February 17, 2026 we leave the energetic groundedness of the Wood Snake year in which you might have experienced several deeply relaxing reveries in a comfortable chair. This year may feel more like a gallop.

Although the year of the Horse occurs every 12 years, when the sages of the Chinese Horoscope superimposed the Five Elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal) on each animal year, they created a more complex energetic kaleidoscope. You will learn what this special Year of the Fire Horse occurring only once in 60 years, may hold for you.

In this workshop you will become acquainted with your influencing animal, you may have already found one from the table mat in a Chinese restaurant where you dined. But you will also find other animal friends with which to enjoy the ride with the Fire Horse, you can take it from the horse’s mouth: never be lukewarm about anything, love change and action, live life with increased horsepower.

Zooming into creating better health, this Fire Horse affects your eyes, heart and small intestine so they will be areas of special attention. We will explore yoga poses and dietary considerations, lifestyle enhancements.

Reclaim Your Foundation: A Yoga Therapy Workshop for Pelvic Health

Most of us are either holding too tight or not engaging enough. Your pelvic floor is more than just a muscle group; it is the physical seat of your nervous system's 'safety' response, and it’s time to give it the attention it deserves.

Do you feel like you’re constantly "bracing" for the next task? For many women, chronic stress and anxiety don't just stay in the mind; they migrate to the pelvic bowl. This "bracing" can lead to a pelvic floor that is overactive, exhausted, or completely disconnected.

In this workshop, we don't just work on physical strength; we work on nervous system regulation. We explore how releasing deep-seated physical tension in the hips and pelvic floor can provide a direct "off-switch" for mental anxiety and overwhelm.

Understanding the Mind-Body Bridge:
  • The Stress Storage Center: Why we reflexively "clench" the pelvic floor during stressful workdays and how that leads to fatigue and irritability.
  • The Vagus Nerve & The Pelvic Floor: Discover how the diaphragm and pelvic floor work together to signal "safety" to your brain.
  • Releasing Emotional Armor: How chronic caregiving and "carrying the world" manifests as physical hip and pelvic tightness, and how to let it go.

What’s Included in This 90-Minute Journey:
  • The Great Yoga Wall Practice: Use the yoga wall to feel supported by your environment. This external feedback helps lower cortisol levels, allowing you to focus on internal alignment without the "effort" of balancing.
  • Supine Strengthening & Yielding: We focus on the concept of yielding to the earth. This teaches your nervous system that it is safe to let go of the "holding patterns" that fuel anxiety.
  • Yoga Nidra for Cognitive Clarity: The final 20-minute Yoga Nidra is specifically sequenced to move you out of "High Beta" (anxious thinking) and into "Alpha and Theta" states (deep healing and subconscious release).

This Workshop is For You If:
  • You feel "wired but tired," physically exhausted but mentally unable to switch off.
  • You notice you hold your breath or clench your jaw/hips when checking emails or managing family demands.

Join us for The Mindful Art of Coloring, a monthly community circle. This 60-minute guided session is a free event designed to provide a compassionate and creative space for self-care and stress reduction.

Led by Viviane Wolfe, a certified yoga therapist focused on mental health, each session will feature a new theme to inspire mindfulness and creative expression. All materials are provided, so you have everything you need to relax and engage. While there is no fee to attend, donations are encouraged to help to cover the cost of supplies and continue to offer this event to the community.

This circle is not about artistic skill; it is about the meditative process of coloring as a tool for emotional well-being. By focusing on simple, repetitive movements, you can quiet your mind, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Whether you are seeking a moment of peace, a creative outlet, or a supportive community, you are welcome here.

PART ONE: Growing Up into Waking Up: An Introduction of the Enneagram & Contemplation

The Enneagram is an ancient and sacred tool of self discovery that is used today to help us understand ourselves and others better through the study of nine personality types.

In this workshop we will explore:
  • What is the Enneagram?
  • Why is it important?
  • What is my personality number within the circle of nine different types?
  • How is the practice of Contemplation connected to the Enneagram?
  • How can I benefit from studying the Ennea

​The Enneagram sessions will be done in workshop format with PowerPointpresentation, interactive small group activities, and time for self-reflection. Prior study of the Enneagram is not needed to attend.

An inventory for your personality type identification will be emailed to you prior to the workshop for you to complete and bring with you.
