  • Yin Anatomy: Bones, Fascia & Nervous System
  • Subtle Anatomy of Yin: Qi/Chi, Meridian Theory, Prana & Nadis
  • The Yin Postures & Archetypes
  • Sequencing & Modifications
  • Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness
  • Integration & Practice Teaching

PRE-REQUISITES:
• 200-hour RYT or currently attending
​• 6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.
