Do you struggle with back pain, neck tension, or poor posture? Our Pain & Posture Yoga Therapy Clinic can help!

After a thorough head to toe postural analysis, our yoga therapist will design a care plan specific to you considering your soft tissue health (fascia) and the state of your nervous system (neural state). This in-depth 60-minute session provides you with details of what is currently challenging and perpetuating the pain response as well as guiding you towards resolving these perpetuating issues to change your pain and find relief! By addressing specific areas with myofascial release, skillful movement and muscle energy techniques, and adding in breathwork, we can help you alleviate pain, improve your posture, and enhance your overall well-being.

Yoga Therapy is the clinical, trauma-informed approach designed to specifically help those experiencing burnout, sleep issues, or adrenal fatigue, offering targeted relief and recovery. Mental health yoga therapy focuses on helping you reclaim your energy and build the inner resilience necessary not just to survive, but to thrive in your essential daily life.

Viviane specializes in integrating mind-body practices to address the physical, mental, and emotional fallout of occupational and personal stress, including chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, insomnia, sleep issues, digestive distress, joint pain, anxiety, emotional disregulation, and midlife events like retirement, empty nesting, and caregiving. Yoga therapy is a safe, accessible, and empowering way of working with your body's natural capacity to heal. Your tailored plan may include: trauma-informed movement and sequencing, specific breathwork (pranayama) to regulate the nervous system, guided meditation and deep relaxation techniques, mindfulness and awareness practices, and holistic lifestyle design and goal setting.

This is a safe, accessible, and powerful way of working with your body’s natural capacity to heal through personalized sessions lasting approximately [60 minutes], tailored to your health history and goals: recovering from burnout and building durable resilience.

In this first session, we will review your history, conduct physical, mental, and emotional assessments, and begin developing a plan for your wellness journey. Will include a short practice to get you started.

Private Yoga for Scoliosis

Work one-on-one with a Yoga for Scoliosis professional to develop a therapeutic yoga practice based on the six key components: breath awareness, lengthening the spine, strengthening, de-rotating, re-aligning posture, defying gravity and centering the spine. Receive a personalized yoga practice designed for your unique curve pattern that can help with the physical and psychological issues of living with scoliosis.

Private T’ai Chi Chih® Class

​T’ai Chi Chih® is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) consists of 19 stand-alone movements and one pose. T’ai Chi Chih is not a martial art, it is a moving meditation practice.
