I walked in with very limited yoga experience in 2023. I now happily consider myself a yogi. All of the instructors here are fantastic and they all take the time to help you get the most out of your session. I love my early morning classes with the Amys. I recommend the Wall classes to anyone interested in wanting to "just check it out," it's super fun! I came because of foot, back and neck pain. After my Thai Yoga Session with Julianne she recommend at least one class a week to help resolve my issues. After about 6 months I definitely started to notice a difference. I now attend 3-4 classes a week and feel a million times better. I can definitely notice a difference when I take time off. They offer different levels memberships that make it super affordable. This is the most absolutely best thing ever. Julianne has alleviated so much pain so fast for me that it's miraculous! Thai Yoga Therapy is for everyone and no, you don't have to do yoga, Her work literally unlocks trigger points and opens up muscles and joints. I'm so excited to be swimming again 100% pain-free, I totally recommend her! Thai Yoga Therapy is new to me. It has been a miracleworking therapy for me, and the healing hands and feet of Julianne have brought amazing healing to some very stubborn muscle pain I have experienced. I am so pleased to report that I have not needed pain medicine or icy hot since! I plan to make Thai Yoga Therapy a regular part of my wellness!
