As we move into the depths of Winter, we are implementing our Winter Weather Policy:
If we get a significant snow fall or hazardous icing of roads, the studio will be closed until conditions become safe to drive again. This will typically be reflected by NKC Schools closing. Therefore, when NKC Schools close, we will follow.
If you enrolled to a class and the class is cancelled due to winter weather, you will receive an automated notification from Schedulicity via email and/or text message, if opted in. Please check your inboxes if you suspect winter weather cancellations.

In Ayurveda, Winter is a season of rest and integration. It is usually known as a time for “non-action”, a time to reflect on the season that ended, and regain energy through rest and contemplation.
