Create space in the body & mind and explore the therapeutic benefits of the Great Yoga Wall! It provides stability to the beginner for teaching alignment, supports connective tissue health with gentle traction & gravity, and opens the seasoned practitioner to familiar poses with a new perspective and a deeper sense of awareness. Connective tissue health plays a vital role in healthy aging, posture and pain-free movement. The fascia is also integral in our immune and inflammatory responses. Private & semi-private yoga therapy sessions are provided with personal attention to support joint & spinal health. Come hang with us! Limited to 6. Wednesday 10am Friday 10am Sunday 10am This dynamic class is a natural progression into building strength, coordinated movement and nervous system resiliency, linking breath with movement. Vinyasa, or flow classes, build internal heat and cultivate the balance of stability and flexibility through mind-body connection cues and experience. This class offers varied sequences and transitions of asana (postures). Students benefit from the theme and encouragement of the teacher, finding their own edge between effort and ease, challenge and acceptance with flow. No yoga experience necessary. Beginners welcome. Modifications provided. |
Breathwork & MeditationMonday 645pm
This weekly classes offers a gradual opportunity to practice breathing techniques and meditation through an interdisciplinary understanding of human development. The yoga tradition emphasizes that learning to be still and calm is a priority for the human being. The practices that we will gradually explore are gentle, and designed to bring a sense of uplifted balance. Our normal state of agitation and unrest does not allow our nervous system to experience our underlying true nature of inner peace, wisdom and joy. Meditation and breath are tools to shift from a state of agitation and worry to a state of peace and clarity. This shift exists in the present moment once we have learned to release the mind from its tendency to stick to habitual patterns, and open our awareness to the blessings that are already here and now. |

Thursday 9am & 530pm Saturday 1030am This small group class adds slow mindful movement in to your wellness lifestyle to cultivate a resilient body & mind and enhance overall health & well-being. You will be guided through a sequence of soft & dynamic yoga poses, somatic movement, myofascial self-care, breathwork & a meditation, giving personal attention for assists & therapeutic modifications. Each class is designed around a specific therapeutic focus to support pain-free movement, joint health, posture & preventative health. Perfect for the beginner or seasoned practitioner or anyone with health/joint issues. |
Sunrise YogaTuesday 630am
Thursday 630am Start your day with this class connecting Body with Breath. Enjoy a slower paced class that begins with a bit of warming vinyasa, moves to longer holds, and then settles into deep relaxation. Perfect for beginners and intermediates that want to build strength and gain flexibility. This class is intended to move stagnant energy and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. |
Self-Awakening Yoga (Gentle)Tuesday 6pm
Brought to you from the jungle of Costa Rica, a therapeutic sequence that takes yoga back to its roots as a creative learning process and an expansion of consciousness. Using simple, repetitive techniques inspired in the Feldenkrais Method, somatic movement and yoga, enhancing the free flow of prana, life-energy, to promote physical and emotional healing, self-discovery, and spiritual evolution. Wear comfortable, loose clothing as you will likely roll on the ground on the supine series. |
Yin Restorative (Gentle)645pm Thursday
This blended class of the soft styles of yoga is designed with pain care in mind to support healing and deep rest by focusing on calming the stress response. Our teacher guides you into effortless & grounding yoga poses with calming breathwork & guided meditation. The Yin & restorative yoga poses rejuvenate the fascia (connective tissues), support immunity, opens the breath, frees up energy and cultivates inner awareness (interoception). Personal attention is given for support & therapeutic modifications. This class is beneficial to all students. |
Monthly OmProv12pm-1pm
September 30 October 7 October 21 November 4 December 2 Theater and creative expression remain strong pillars of human transformation in their capacity to realize Truth and deliver its power into the hearts of the participants. OmProv (improvisational theatre) is a 1-hour exploratory space to move, breathe, explore what wants to be felt and known in your experience. OmProv is informed by Prema’s studies with Shunyamurti, the work of Bessel van Der Kolk and her own research in how play and drama can support a transformational process. In Omprov you will be introduced to simple games that awaken presence, aliveness and a sense of inter-connectedness with the group. You will be introduced to a movement technique, and a creative expression technique. In some OmProvs we will read from a text: poetry, play reading or other material and will explore its symbolic meaning in your own life and the collective world. These short OmProv classes are great for when you are feeling un-inspired and want to regulate your nervous system, move with a group, activate your creative power and sublimate your expressions. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a pen and a journal. |

Yoga Nidra is the practice of Yogic Sleep. In this 60 minute class we will use guided meditation and conscious relaxation tools to rejuvenate and come into a deeper state of peace, harmony, and bliss. This class allows for you to lay down and get comfortable while focusing your full attention on different parts of the body and guided visualizations. Yoga for Lymphatic CareTBA
This potent practice enhances lymph flow by working progressively through the system. Benefits include regulation of inflammation, support of immune function, enhanced detoxification, regulated fluid metabolism, & support for the circulatory system. It also aides tissue recovery post-sport or after any intense physical training. To facilitate lymph flow, this class uses: breathwork, repetitive pumping movements to compress & move lymph, specific movements selected to facilitate lymph & blood flow and nervous system regulation, & specific self-lymphatic massage techniques. Props used will vary depending on the class style for that month. Classes will cycle through Myofascial Release, Yin, Flow, and Therapeutics. FREE to Members. |

Una clase de 60 minutos guiada completamente en español. Los movimientos de bajo impacto en esta clase son accesibles y efectivos, diseñados para el desarrollo de la consciencia corporal, la relajación y el auto-conocimiento. Esta clase incorpora elementos terapéuticos de Vinyasa yoga, mindfulness y meditación. Todos son bienvenidos, principiantes y avanzados, tanto quienes hablan español con fluidez, así como quienes quieren practicar un nuevo idioma. La clase será completamente en español. Prema es educadora de movimiento y consciencia, costarricense y su lengua materna es el español. A low impact class taught in Spanish. This class combines accessible and effective movement, vinyasa principles, mindfulness and meditation.
