FIRST TIME?
- Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in (no jeans).
- Hydrate before and after. Water is best!
- Limit food intake 2-hours prior to your session.
- Add an additional 20 minutes to your session time to allow for initial assessment and intake with your therapist.
- Please be mindful of the 24 hour cancellation policy. ($50 fee).
- If you have been receiving medical care, please discuss this therapy with your doctor prior to your first session.

The session will begin with a brief intake of what is currently present physically, mentally and emotionally for you. You’ll be guided through a variety of self-care techniques that combines Myofascial care, Yoga poses, soft and/or dynamic movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness and/or meditation, with some goals in mind to support your health and well-being. Designed specifically for YOU in the comfort and safety of your home or office.
IT’S EASY TO SET UP!
At your home or office, find a quiet private space, preferably with no distractions or people walking by . The virtual session will take place using a simple HIPAA compliant platform on your browser from any mobile device or computer. No app or login is required! Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a link to copy & paste in your browser. At your scheduled time, click on the link and type in your name. That’s it! I’ll meet you there.

Thank you for a wonderful Virtual Yoga Therapy session. I wasn’t sure how it would be but it was just like you were in the room. Of course I miss the physical touch but I really learned so many tools and techniques that I can easily do myself at home. This type of session would be beneficial even without social distancing.
